At this stage, we recommend tracking the following metrics to measure the impact of your initiatives.
- Claimed Accounts / Launched Members - How many people have claimed their accounts among the ones invited? This is the main adoption metric of Workplace.
- Monthly Active People / Claimed Accounts - How many people are active every month among the people who claimed their accounts? This metric is the pulse of your community.
- Comments & Posts - How many posts and comments are being posted on Workplace? This allows you to track how engaging your content is on Workplace.
