At the Integrating Stage, Workplace is fully embedded within your organization.
To make the most out of the Integrating Stage, focus on:
1. Building custom integration
Our graph and bots APIs allows your organization to build custom integrations in Workplace. Connecting Workplace to other your IT support tools, building a chat bot to help your new coworker understand your organization's acronym, creating a group bot allowing your coworkers to thank each other, etc.
Get in touch with our partners to get support.
2. Investing in a Live studio
Converting an existing meeting room into a studio (with pro broadcast gear) is a great way to encourage the use of Live throughout your organization. Hiring an internal A/V team can also come in handy to improve the production value of your broadcasts.
If this is not possible, buying a tripod or a gimbal for smartphones, connecting an external microphone and using the right dongles can help you get more flexibility for your organization's Live sessions.
Some of our partners are specialized in broadcasting events Live as well. Get in touch with them to plan your next major event.
3. Naming a Chief Workplace Officer
Creating a dedicated team and/or naming an official Chief Workplace Officer will allow you to scale your engagement activities in the long run. The Chief Workplace Officer can be the main point of contact for anything Workplace related: KPIs, big Live events, training, etc.
The Chief Workplace Office manages the community of Workplace champions.
