Choose your Champions
Workplace is meant to help entire organizations collaborate more effectively. Before you invite everyone at the company to join you, choose a group of employees (called Champions) to help you set up your Workplace. They will be your dedicated project team to help you launch Workplace every step of the way.
Below are examples within your organization that we recommend inviting to your project team.
Invite your Project Team
Once you've chosen your Champions who will help you, invite them to Workplace. An email will be sent them to claim their account and they can get started.
Add your Project Team as Admins
After your Champions have claimed their account, assign them as admins to your Workplace so that they have the tools they need to set up your Workplace correctly. You can choose the right Admin Roles for each of your project team members. Admins will get a Workplace notification to accept their role.
Work with your Project Team
Your project team will help you with each of the following steps of your Fast-Track Launch. Some of these tasks include:
- Creating and setting up Groups
- Communicating to employees about your launch
- Teaching employees on Workplace best practices
Create a Group and hold a regular meeting for your project team to brainstorm and discuss the launch progress.
