Letting your coworkers know that you are launching Workplace by Facebook is key for its long-term adoption. A clear plan with communications before, during and after launch will help you onboard your employees faster.
The end objective of your communication plan is to get your coworkers to claim their account. To achieve this, your communication plan needs to be all about distributing claim links and making sure your employees click on it to create their profile.
Claim links are unique to each employee and are automatically created as soon as they are invited to Workplace. Note that once invited your coworkers are automatically sent an invitation email with their claim link.
To ensure a good click rate on claim links, and hence a strong adoption of Workplace, your communication should be articulated around three main stages: before launch, during launch, and after launch.
